Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused drinkware in its original box, ensuring all lids, straws, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RA.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
